"Wasted! The Story of Food Waste"- special screening at Rialto Cinemas

Tue, September 26, 2017, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

WASTED! The Story of Food Waste is a feature-length documentary that will change how people buy, cook and eat food. Through the eyes of chef-heroes like Massimo Bottura, Dan Barber and Danny Bowien, we’ll see how the world’s most influential chefs battle food waste — transforming what most people consider garbage, scraps, and rejects into incredible dishes that feed more people, impact the bottom line, and create a more sustainable food system.

A panel of local experts will be available after the screening to discuss the film and the amazing new and old Zero Waste efforts in Sonoma County!

Please join us! Movie starts at 6pm. To chat beforehand, meet at long table at 5:30pm.
