At the November Taste of Place, we’ll explore the world of organic grape growing with three producers who are dedicated to farming their land organically for both the flavor and environmental impact it brings. The winemakers for Peay Vineyards, Alma Fria Wine, and Gros Ventre Cellars will be in attendance as we dine on a four-course meal prepared by Chef Perry Hoffman in SHED’s Modern Grange.
