“North Bay Indo-American Association (NBIAA)” unites with “Marin Indian American Association” and “North Bay Hindu Temple” to bring you a day full of colors, dance, music, food, and of course, the company of our wonderful friends. The three organizations are truly excited to bring this event together near you for the enjoyment of our greater community.
Over the years, Holi has brought out the inner child in all of us….a day of being carefree and living in the moment! Holi, the beautiful and exciting festival of colors, is celebrated throughout the world and marks the victory of good over evil. The yearly tradition signifies the arrival of spring and the harvests to come. Brightly colored powders are the mainstay of Holi, during which everyone smears vibrant organic colors on one another, while engaging in dance, traditional food and listening to beautiful music.
