The New Century introduces us to some wonderfully outrageous characters. There’s the flamboyant Mr. Charles, who hosts a cable TV show in Palm Beach. And Helene, a Long Island matron with varaiuously gendered children. And Brabara Ellen, a Midweastern craftsperson who has a lot to teach us about art (even if it’s a knitted toaster cover) and about survivial.
Tickets for The New Century are $18 general admission and $15 for seniors and students. They may be purchased in advance online at pegasustheater9.brownpapertickets.com or by calling 1-800-838-3006. Tickets may also be purchased at the box office thirty minutes prior to the performance. Performances on November 2 and 9 are pay-what-you-can, with seats available on a walk-in basis only. Pegasus will not be taking reservations for pay-what-you-can performances.
Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday matinees begin at 2 p.m.
