Wild Cat Adventure

Sun, January 6, 2019, 3:00 pm

The Wild Cat Adventure presentation features 5 live wild cats. The cats currently appearing as outreach ambassadors include a cougar, cheetah, serval, ocelot, fishing cat, black leopard cub and Geoffroy’s cat. Five cats are featured at each presentation. Each cat is shown on the stage as information about its habits, habitat and threats is shared with the audience. Natural behaviors like climbing, leaping and hunting are demonstrated in a safe and exciting manner. The audience, from preschool age children to grandparents, learns, first hand, about these amazing cats that share our planet with us and what all of us can do to help save these magnificent animals from moving toward extinction.

We have fun wild cat themed merchandise available to purchase at the Wild Cat Adventures. All income from sales of tickets and merchandise goes directly to support WCE&CF programs.

The program is sponsored by the Wild Cat Education and Conservation Fund which is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (68-0481714). The goal of the Wild Cat Education and Conservation Fund is to educate the public about the decreasing population of wild cat species around the world, to provide funding for worldwide wild cat conservation projects and to provide safe refuge for captive wild cats.

Adult tickets are $10 and children under 12 are $5.

Space permitting, tickets will be available at the door.

You may reserve tickets by phone at 707-874-3176 or by email at wildcat@wildcatfund.org

Reserved tickets will be held until 5 minutes before the program start, at which time they will be sold to any guests waiting in line on a first-come, first-served basis.
