Jazz & Coffee – featuring Cabbagehead

Thu, February 15, 2018, 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Every 3rd Thursday of each month!

This month we’re featuring the beloved Cabbagehead!

“Cabbagehead redefines eclectic… the group is making the most of their musical brainstorms with some of the most uniquely mind-blowing bombardments of sound in the Bay Area.”
– North Bay Bohemian

Also a special café appearance by The Impressions – last month they rocked solid jazz standards and also took us on a poetic hip-hop journey. Don’t miss these young players and poets!

Doors open promptly at 5:30pm with a free film screening of jazz history and culture – film to be announced. At 7pm, please enjoy an educational workshop entitled “Jazz Philosophy & Life” with Santa Rosa’s own Engin Yesilyemis. At 8pm the musical journey begins!

Our local resident artist and barista, Zoey will be mixing an array of cafe drinks for your enjoyment! We will also be offering beer and wine (for those over 21). The Café Bar will be offering pastries, an assortment of refreshments, and snacks by donation throughout the night to support the center, the artists, and educators.

We ask a $5 – $15 donation at the door – hope to see you here!
