Friday Night Live & Street Fair at the Plaza: Cloverdale Summer Concert Series

Friday Night Live & Street Fair, produced by the Cloverdale Arts Alliance, offers a variety of family-friendly activities every Friday evening throughout the summer.

In addition to high-caliber, smokin’ hot music delivered by a variety of bands hailing from across the United States, FNL visitors will find food and drink; hand-crafted arts, crafts and other unique, locally made items are available at the Street Fair, along with a variety of kids’ activities.

The Street Fair opens at 6:00 PM and music begins at 6:30 PM.

2018 LINEUP

June 1– John “Papa” Gros
Genre: New Orleans Funk

Mixing the sounds of rock & roll, funk and rootsy Americana into a genre-bending gumbo that carries on the tradition of New Orleans, both honoring its past and helping to shape its future.

June 8 – Blue Water Highway

June 15 – Tommy Castro & The Painkillers

July 6 – Gal Holiday & The Honky Tonk Revue

The Stone Foxes are San Francisco’s rock band. They bear the torch of their predecessors with the knowledge that rock ‘n’ roll can move a new generation. August 24 – Locos por Juana

Locos por Juana is a GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY nominated bilingual Latin Jam-Band, most notably recognized for their energetic live performance and unique fusion of Latin, Caribbean, and American rhythms.

August 31 – Samantha Fish

This charismatic young singer-guitarist-songwriter has earned a reputation as a rising guitar hero and powerful live performer. The New York Times called Fish “an impressive blues guitarist who sings with sweet power” and “one of the genre’s most promising young talents.”

Best way to enjoy Friday Night Live & Street Fair:
Festivities begin at 6:00 PM when the Street Fair opens with meals-to-go; sweet treats; wines and craft beers; locally crafted art, jewelry, clothing and wellness products; and kids’ activities.
Food booths at the Street Fair offer a wide variety of delicious meals. With choices from pizza to risotto, BBQ oysters to lamb gyros, there is something for everyone. Local restaurants are also open for early bird and late night specials.
Music starts at 6:30 PM.
Arrive early and bring your own lawn chair as seating/chairs are not provided. The concert seating area is limited.
Craft beer, local wines, and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase by the glass.
The conditions of the ABC permit for Friday Night Live do not allow outside alcoholic beverages at the concerts. Also, please dispose of any alcoholic beverages purchased at the shows before you leave.
Friday Night Live at the Plaza is produced by the Cloverdale Arts Alliance. Underwriting support is provided by a number of generous local individual, business, and winery sponsors.
