The Spring Lake Water Bark returns to the Spring Lake Swimming Lagoon with a 2017 kickoff on Saturday, September 9. For four weekends in September, dogs are welcome at the Lagoon for off-leash swimming and romping. Entry is $7 per dog for non-Regional Parks members, $5 per dog for Regional Parks members. A new non-transferable season pass allows a dog to enjoy every Water Bark date for just $30. Parking is free for Regional Parks members or $7 per car for non-members. The Spring Lake Water Bark is a fundraiser for the Sonoma County Regional Parks Foundation, which raises money for more than 50 dog-friendly parks and trails in the Sonoma County Regional Parks system.
In addition to opening day Sept. 9, Water Bark will be held on September 10, 17, 23-24, 30th, and October 1. Important Note: Due to the Viking Opener high school cross country race, there will be no Water Bark on Saturday, September 16.
Advance tickets for all Water Bark dates and the season pass can be purchased on Brown Paper Tickets at http://waterbark2017.brownpapertickets.com.
Water Bark guests also have the opportunity to purchase photos of their happy pups thanks to Water Bark photographer Julie Vader. After each Water Bark date, photos are available online at http://www.julievader.com/. Half of all photo purchases support the Parks Foundation!
