Presented by Santa Rosa Arts Center at Chroma Gallery
Many of our community have lost homes and have been traumatized by the October disaster. The healing process has slowly begun and artists ask, what can we give back to the community to help?
Santa Rosa Art Center is sponsoring an exhibition of art, sculpture and photography created in the aftermath of those terrible weeks. Many of the works are were created from salvaged materials, such as ashes, burnt remnants. Others, reflect the emotional traumas experienced by all those who fled.
Some of the art pieces in the show are being donated to those who’ve lost their homes.
