Join us for the the 2018 Wine Country Chefs of Tomorrow on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 from 5:30pm to 9:00pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sonoma Wine Country in Rohnert Park. Chefs of Tomorrow is presented by the Sonoma County Lodging Association and features an appetizer reception, dinner, live and silent auctions.
High School Culinary Arts Programs are vital to our future, providing practical training and important job skills for our youth. Each of the participating schools are paired with a Chef from a Sonoma County Lodging Association property. The Chef works together with the students, mentoring and guiding them to create a wonderful appetizer for this year’s theme: Vive la France! The students work hard not only crafting their recipes, but also on the presentation of their plates and table decor for the event. This gives our students a chance to work with real local chefs and learn practical skills.
Following the appetizer reception, enjoy a delicious, French-inspired dinner that is sure to excite your taste buds and take advantage of some of the best travel deals around. Chefs of Tomorrow offers live and silent auction items like no other – travel excursions, day trips, overnight stays, special bottles of wine and more.
