Introducing the sport of rowing to the local community since 1984, North Bay Rowing Club will hold a demo day at The Floathouse Petaluma~Come find out more about the boats, the club, and the fun that can be had rowing right here in Petaluma. Get tips on how to properly use a rowing machine, try out a “dock box” to see what it really feels like to row on the water, and see if rowing is for you! Meet members, watch demonstrations in boats big and small, and find out about how you can join the club! Free and open to the public.
NOTE: This is a public service program offered by The Floathouse Petaluma, a (people-powered) boat rental center based right in Petaluma’s downtown turning basin.
