Downtown Forestville comes alive with the 2024 Parade from Covey down to the Youth Park on Mirabel. Stop by for pancakes at the Methodist Church and see the floats getting ready. Follow the parade to the Annual BBQ featuring BBQ Chicken, Ribs, Beans, Steak, Oysters, Pasta, Garlic Fries, Burgers, Pie and Ice Cream, Beer and Wine. Pie Eating contest, Watermelon Contest, Craft Vendors, with live music both days. Saturday at 11:30 the Forestville School has a showcase. At 1:45 it’s the Gill Brothers, 4 pm Gina and the Gents. On Sunday its the Bluebyrds at 11:30, Casual Countyr at 1L45, Krome Addikt at 4 then PRIDE AND JOY at 6:15. No admission so come on down and dance! Old fashioned fun and a way to connect to our Forestville Community!
