Each year, we gather at Metini-Fort Ross State Park to celebrate the bounty of the coast. Discover the rich history of this ark and our historic orchard. Enjoy local wildlife, coastal views, music, apple picking, pumpkin carving, food and drink with us! This event is free with a paid park entrance fee or valid CA State Parks pass.
The Harvest Festival supports our efforts here at the Fort Ross Conservancy. We are a nonprofit partner to the Sonoma/Mendocino State Park District. We oversee the operations of Fort Ross and Salt Point State Parks. As such, we provide invaluable marine educational and historical interpretive opportunities to thousands of children and families from the Bay Area and beyond. Through our programs, students and visitors alike can explore California’s rich history and experience the beauty of the Sonoma Coast firsthand.
