Lindsay Gang
Singer-songwriter, Lindsay Gang, was born and raised in Northern California. The traveling songbird’s experiences have taken her from the west coast to the midwest, the east coast, and back. She makes sense of the ebb and flow of life by turning her experiences and travels into song.
She draws inspiration from many eras of music. Some of her influences include jazz ballads as well as the honest storytelling and rich guitar styles of classic folk. Since 2017 she has been performing a diverse range of music – everything from classical and jazz in college to her original music in restaurants, wine lounges, breweries, and coffeehouses.
Her debut EP Array of Color symbolizes letting go of the time of her life which was her early twenties. It is a testament to the healing and discoveries she experienced during those years. The songs are reflective, intimate, and raw echoing indie-folk with a dreamy Americana feel. Her second EP, Hanging On was released this year on September 30th.
Coyote Creates
Xochitl began her music journey in womb. Her parents met playing music themselves, and when expecting their first child, placed headphones over her mothers belly blasting anything from Mozart to Beatles. She first picked up violin, then piano, followed by guitar and finally songwriting. Xochitl wrote her first song ‘The Chico Song’ at age 17.
Xochitl didn’t discover her voice until attending choir in high school. When attending Sacramento City College for business, Xochitl felt an overwhelming need to walk out of her math class. “I just remember a voice telling me, if I don’t do it now, I never will.” Xochitl walked out of that class and never looked back.
Working three jobs, Xochitl continued to write, record & play as many open mics as possible. Some of her first venues included Lunas, Naked Lounge & Hotel Utah. Her first EP ‘Lion Heart’ hit iTunes “Top Singer-songwriter & Top New EP Charts’ when released February 2014.
Xochitl is now a full time musician playing various venues, up scale private events & continues to promote her music through YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms. Her music has taken her multiple tours including the south, east coast, and west coast tours. She writes a variety of music including rock, jazz, pop & instrumental.
