Experience a relaxing sound and music meditation and journey. Jewel Shield will be playing harps, metal and crystal singing bowls, voice, tuning forks and more. Balancing for the well being of your mind, body and spirit! Minimum 24 hour advance registration is required for this event! Doors will open at 10:10 am, come early to get settled before 10:30. Bring your water bottle, yoga mat or sit in a chair provided.
