Pat Jordan has been writing and performing original songs in Sonoma County since 2002, since his open-mic and coffee shop days. Growing up playing piano and accordion, he bought his first guitar at 18, fell in love with the process and the craft, and never looked back. Pat is self-taught, and if you ask him, he learned more by “ruining jam sessions” with far superior players, than ever learning any sort of proper technique.

You can learn a lot about Pat, the person, by sitting through a set of his original songs. Ranging from deeply personal, even tragic, life experiences with abrupt redirection to something utterly ridiculous and catchy. His range of songs speaks to his personality and his relationships – deeply rooted with the message that it’s always okay to be silly, especially to escape the seriousness of life’s experience, from which everyone can use a break.

Carved from hundreds of live shows spanning over two decades, Pat Jordan has developed a devoted following spanning from coast to coast. There’s a place where sincerity and musical creativity meet, and it is where Pat Jordan has found his voice and made his home. It is every musician’s nightmare to have someone attempt to describe their sound, but an evening with Pat Jordan is more than just music, it’s more than just a good time. It’s seeing – and getting to know – a man with a guitar, hearing his words, finding his melodies, and sharing life’s heartache and happiness.

Simon Melrose is a San Francisco Bay Area based guitarist and songwriter. With guitar riffs steeped in the blues, and songs inspired by the troubadours of the 70’s, Simon has carved out a career as a sideman for several bands and is featured prominently in his own projects Central Station, & The Get Down. With influences such as Jackson Browne, Don Hendley and Eric Clapton, Simon Melrose takes on acoustic blues, roots rock, with elements of Americana and country in his solo debut LP “Freedom’s Road”. Known primarily as an electric guitarist and sideman, Simon has been quietly crafting his own sound that nods to past influences while infusing a personal and unique approach to songwriting. Simon’s solo performances celebrate the basic exploration of simplicity in presentation that focuses on the message with minimal accompaniment. “When I began writing songs, I was told that a good song must stand on its own; that a good song could be played and sung by one person and accompanied by one instrument. That really stuck with me and that’s what I strive to bring to my songs.”

Mark Beynon – Originally from the East Coast, now residing in Sonoma County, Mark has been writing songs since his parents bought him my first guitar at age fifteen. Born into a musically talented family, making music has always been his blood.

Mark immersed himself in organizations such as NSAI to hone his craft, has won multiple song contests, received mentoring from Bonnie Hayes, Chris Montan, Jon Ims, and has played notable, national venues such as the Bluebird Café, an artist on Hollywood Records, ultimately signing as a songwriter with Wes Mayers/Redline Entertainment and with Matt Lindsey Music.

Mark has co-written with Buddy Owens, Jon Ims, Joe Label, Craig Morris, Joe Hunter, Sam Hunter, Erica Stone, Erinn Sherlock, Ronny Criss, Holly Tong, Wayne Parker, Keri Oskar, Pat Jordan, and the late Lorna Flowers.

Mark co-wrote a song with Joe Label entitled “Everything” raising money for the victims of the California wildfires. “Everything” was picked up by Transcendence Theatre (TTC) “Stairway to Paradise” and performed at Jack London State Park. Additionally, “Everything” was included in the Brad Paisley/Bonnie Hunt “Thicker Than Smoke” concert (performed by Meggie Cansler and Gary Vogensen) at the Green Center Concert Hall in Sonoma County California.

His songs are significantly inspired by his wife and three daughters, and the topics are authentic and meaningful. It just takes a good line/idea/feeling, a guitar, pencil, and a few pieces of paper, and a pot of coffee!
