Please note that Stewards does not turn anyone away for inability to pay. Connect with nature, engage the senses, and enjoy the therapeutic health benefits of a mind, body, spirit experience of complete immersion into our beautiful Redwood Forests. We will meet at the Armstrong Redwoods Visitor Center, and walk slowly and quietly around the forest floor trails, stopping frequently to see, listen, touch, smell, and taste. Larry and Cynthia will share health information and concepts that will inspire! Be sure to dress warm, as the forest is still very cool at this time of year. Rain will cancel, but we will then reschedule.
