Joni Mitchell is the epitome of the singer/songwriter. From innocent hippie ballads to recent prophetic social commentary, her lyrics are poetry set to emotionally complex harmonizations. From folk to jazz her compositions are examples of modern-day art songs.
Kate Foley-Beining, backed by a trio of Sonoma County jazz greats, will add dulcimer, guitar, and piano to the tonal mix embracing her vocals. Tom Hayashi/drums; Tom Shader/bass; and Christian Foley-Beining/guitar.
