The new moon is an opportunity to connect to the quiet within and plant the seeds for what you want to call in to your life. Enjoy a Yoga practice in nature of gentle postures to move, stretch, and strengthen the body, breathing practices, and meditation. All levels are welcome. The Yoga practice will last for one hour. After Kashi leads us through a guided Yoga practice, we will continue the day with a guided nature hike through the wildflowers of the Coastal Prairie and head down to the beach for lunch. Join us for this unique hike infused with Kashi’s practices and Rebecca’s love of nature. This is an opportunity to learn about cultural and natural history, connect with nature, and enjoy the soothing practices of Yoga. The hike is moderate with approximately 600ft. of elevation gain, 4.4 miles total, with an estimated return time of 12:00PM.
