If you love AVFS and want to help us continue serving our community through our virtual and educational programming, then here is a delightful way to give back and contribute to our work.
Originally, this event was to be an outdoor dining and movie experience. But we chatted with our dear friends at the Trading Post and in light of the rising case count of COVID in Sonoma County, we determined that this was not the right time to gather. Thus, we came up with a modified alternative that we hoped all of the generous ticket holders might enjoy given these limitations. And then we decided to open it up to others so that YOU might also partake of a local “hotspot’s” whimsical expertise, all while supporting AVFS and our work in the community.
On Monday, August 24th, at 6PM, start the week off right with a sumptuous take-home dinner from Trading Post paired with a summer-quenching bottle of Kelley & Young wine (yes, a full bottle per ticket – oooo la lah!) and a self-guided, at-home viewing of GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL through Amazon, YouTube or iTunes. Look for Wes Anderson approved, zany mustaches upon meal pickup! We will schedule a group zoom discussion at an appointed time that evening to chat about the film, toast one another, meet the chefs and lobby boys, and just say hello.
Tickets are $125 per person. $65 of each ticket directly supports AVFS!
