Join East Washington Place for a Chalk Festival and a Halloween Spooktacular celebration!
Come see the work of talented local artists create life-sized chalk murals on the pavement! Kids can create their own chalk masterpieces at the Kids Chalk Zone Area.
Additional entertainment will include an arm painter and a balloon maker. Plus receive a free goodie bag with treats while supplies last.
