On Thursday, December 5 the Cloverdale Arts Alliance will continue THE Jazz Club season with Charged Particles and special guest guitarist, Barry Finnerty. Barry joining the trio adds a new musical voice to the trio’s repertoire.
Guitarist with the legendary jazz superstar Miles Davis, Barry Finnerty has also performed as a member of the band of award-winning percussionist Airto Moreira and vocalist Flora Purim, the fusion-pioneering band The Brecker Brothers (feature Randy and Micheal Brecker), pianist Joe Sample, and his band with Stix Hooper and Wilton Felder, The Crusaders, the Thad Jones – Mel Lewis Big Band, flutist Hubert Laws, pianist Eliane Elias, and many more.
