Join us for a morning walk through Lafferty Park! View Petaluma Valley from the east and above from two different vista points. We will hike through oak woodlands and open grasslands. Bring your own snack for a brief rest with a beautiful valley vista. We hope to witness some early birds and any remaining wild flowers along the way. Scheduled early to beat the heat. The hike will follow a figure eight route to the upper lookout and back; approximately 2.5 miles round trip and 500 ft elevation gain.
Registration in advance is required. Lafferty Ranch is only open to the public during special guided outings with LandPaths and the City of Petaluma.
