Award-winning Folktable Restaurant has teamed up with the Humane Society of Sonoma County and Obsidian Wine Co. for an event that combines the best of both worlds. Held on Saturday, February 17 from 12 – 2:30 pm, For the Love of Dogs & Wine will feature delicious food at Folktable Restaurant with Executive Chef Casey Thompson, where guests’ donations will be rewarded with one free glass of wine with lunch; a dog kissing booth with some of the cutest canines and an opportunity to donate to the Humane Society; and a complimentary tasting at Obsidian Wine Co. for guests who donate $30 or more. Guests are welcomed to bring their furry friends as Folktable has them covered with a special Dog Menu, including a Barkwurst sausage and Salz-Barker steak. Additionally, Lavendar Fields Band will perform live at Folktable Restaurant on Sunday, February 18 from 12 – 2:30 p.m.
