Connect with nature, engage the senses, and enjoy the therapeutic health benefits of a mind, body, spirit experience of complete immersion into our beautiful Redwood Forests. We will meet at the Armstrong Redwoods Visitor Center, and walk slowly and quietly around the forest floor trails, stopping frequently to see, listen, touch, smell, and taste. Larry and Cynthia will share scientifically proven health information as well as spiritual concepts at this very inspiring event. This class is limited to 16 adults.
