Francesco Echo is a multi-instrumentalist songwriter from Santa Rosa, CA. Francesco’s music is an amalgam of post punk, dark folk, new wave, and rock n roll. His inspiration emanates from artists like David Bowie, The Talking Heads, Pink Floyd and spans outward to include the likes of The Sisters Of Mercy, Queens Of The Stone Age, and The War On Drugs. Francesco has spent the bulk of his music career supporting other artists, both on tour and in the recording studio, such as Ben Morrison, John Courage, Frankie Boots, Emily Jane White, Anthony Presti, Schlee, and Jade Brodie. Although musically active since 2003, Francesco didn’t ramp-up his presence as a solo performer until 2019. Francesco’s music has taken many shapes; solo acoustic, solo electric, with a trio, with a duo.. Recently Francesco began incorporating synthesizers and drum machines into his live performance as a means of sonic expansion without the use of a computer on stage. Although Francesco has released multiple singles and video projects over the years, he has only just begun work on his debut full length album which will be complete by the end of 2024.
With his soaring tenor vocals and vintage 6-string bass guitar with surf inspired twang, Jimmy Touzel has crafted a unique concept album and signature solo country act. His debut full length album, Lonesome Lullabies, was released on July 21rst, 2023 by Belle Isle Records and is available on all streaming platforms as well as LP/CD/Cassette. Drawing on influences such as 50’s rock, surf guitar, spaghetti westerns, and the 1960’s Nashville Sound, Lonesome Lullabies was recorded and mixed 100% on analog tape and is drenched in plate reverb, tremolo, and slap back delay. These hallmarks of 50’s and 60’s music were deftly used by Jimmy to craft a sound with Lonesome Lullabies that is dreamy, ethereal, and sad. Early reactions to the album have drawn comparisons to Brian Wilson, the Flamingos, Eddie Arnold, Link Wray, Hank Williams, Ennio Morricone, and Ricky Nelson.
