Hey there Junior Rangers. Join our staff in celebrating California State Parks Week 2024, with a Junior Ranger Program focused on hiking preparedness/safety, practicing navigation skills, and all things maps! Junior Rangers will get the chance to put their new skills to the test during the program, with a short hike down the Channel Trail. The hike is an easy, 2.0-mile out and back stretch along Channel Drive. Participants should pack snacks, water, and wear a sturdy pair of shoes.
Families and children who are interested in attending should reserve a spot ahead of time on Eventbrite, and plan to meet at the Visitor Center in Trione-Annadel State Park, at 10:00am. Parking fees will apply, but participation in the program is free. See you there!
