The Past District Governors of District 4-C2 are holding a Bingo night fundraiser With cash prizes in support of our student speaker scholarship program at the Windsor community center on Thursday March 27th. Every year the Student Speaker Foundation gives out $103,000 in scholarships to students who are developing their public speaking skills. Students in every Lions District throughout California participate. We would love to have you join us for dinner and Bingo with cash prizes. There is also a silent auction for items and desserts. We hope you can join us for the fun!
