Free to all, the Lunar New Year community day will begin with a traditional Chinese Calligraphy demonstration by Sonoma Valley Council Member Jack Ding, including engaging performances by RECA’s own musical performers, and a live poetry reading by Ella Wen, our Sonoma County Youth Poet Laureate.
Imagine captivating Chinese Lion and Dragon dancers moving through the halls of the historic Sonoma Community Center coupled with music, poetry, dancing, art and delicious refreshments.
