Enjoy a fine selection of theatrical readings by members of OCA’s ongoing Readers’ Theater group. This virtual event will be shared on our YouTube channel from 8 – 9 pm on Saturday June 26th; and available thereafter for you to view. Readings include: Lady Bracknell and Jack Worthing from “The Importance of Being Earnest” by Oscar Wilde, “A Debutante at a Dance” monologue by Ruth Draper, James Goldman’s “The Lion in Winter” between Eleanor of Aquitaine and King Henry II, Stephen Sondheim’s “I’m Still Here” from the Follies, “The Reunion” by Jeff Sheppard, and a catty piece entitled “Boxes Are Magic”.
Presented by Lynn Van Cleave, Jeff Sheppard, Joan Ambrosini, Andrea Van Dyke, Steve Fowler, Amanda Claiborne, Noel Yates and Kathleen Hardy. Directed by Judith Reimuller.
