Saturday, April 20, 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. will be for customers who are immunocompromised, mobility challenged, and/or are paying with CalFresh/EBT. RSVP is requested via our Calendly but not required.
We’ll have hundreds of affordably priced vegetable, herb, and flower starts ready to plant in your garden. All plants are grown sustainably with NO synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.
Saturday’s special shopping day is intended to ensure that those who cannot purchase their plants at other commercial outlets, due to health or payment considerations, have the opportunity to do so at our community farm.
Plants will be priced $4 and up. You’ll find popular favorites including various Sungold cherry tomatoes, Golden Marconi peppers, and Chandler strawberries. Specific varieties available at the sale will be published closer to the event on our website and Facebook event page. We’ll post updates on our Instagram as well.
Our partners from the Master Gardeners of Sonoma County will be on hand to offer advice and answer questions. They will also hold a succulent sale on Sunday, April 21, 9 a.m – 1 p.m. in conjunction with our plant sale.
