The Book of Will at The Raven Performing Arts Theater

Sun, May 29, 2022, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm

The Book of Will is a uniquely engaging story of how Shakespeare’s plays were gathered, preserved, and published after his death by his friends and fellow actors. It’s a humorous and inspiring portrait of friendship, love, and the arduous task of saving the greatest plays ever written. The Book of Will received the Harold and Mimi Steinberg/American Theatre Critics Association New Play Award in 2018.

“The Book of Will…unequivocally announces Gunderson as a playwright with whom to be reckoned. It is, quite frankly, one of the best plays I have ever seen. It will bring tears of both laughter and sorrow to all but the most jaded audience member’s eyes. It is, in a word, a triumph.”  Boulder Weekly

NOTE: We love this play and want you to see it, so as an extra enticement, ticket holders will be entered into a drawing for two tickets to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, Oregon! The winner of the drawing will be announced in our newsletter the week after the show closes on May 29.*
