Virtual Fiesta, Sunday Nov. 1, YouTube. There is no live Viva los Muertos Fiesta on the Town Green this year due to Covid-19 health regulations. But Windsor Dia de los Muertos is hosting a Virtual Finale Nov. 1, with video of local indigenous dancers and prize announcements for the Lowrider Car Show and Memory Portrait art show.
