Get the holiday season off to a SCARY start. It’s the Windsor Community Circle’s HALLOWEEN FREAKY FUNDRAISER, AND FREAKY DANCE FEST PARTY. Windsor Non-Profits join to support the 2023 Windsor Holiday Food and Toy Drive! Spend the evening with 200 Windsor Halloween partygoers in Halloween costumes. Enjoy the spooky decorations as you dance to the music of The Renovators Band. No-host bar, lots of festive nibbles, and wonderful raffle items. SEE YOU THERE!
