Submit Your Event

It’s FREE to promote your Sonoma County entertainment, art, or recreation event

with a listing on our calendar, and a full page for your description, a map and link to your page. We also promote events through our weekly newsletter and our Instagram and Facebook page.

PLEASE READ OUR GUIDELINES FIRST:

Events we include:

  • live music, theater and dance performances
  • films
  • festivals
  • comedy shows
  • nature hikes and recreational events
  • gallery and museum exhibit openings/receptions (but not all the days of ongoing exhibits)
  • farmers markets
  • some fundraising events*
  • some civic engagement events

Events must be in Sonoma County and open to everyone.

Events we do NOT include:

  • meetings
  • ongoing exhibits (but please list exhibit opening events)
  • classes, workshops, camps, except for some special one-session art-making events
  • tastings or meals, except when they accompany a performance or fundraiser
  • services (for example: instruction, coaching, wellness or therapeutic activities)
  • retail events (for example: grand openings, sales, demos. Holiday craft fairs** are the only exception)
  • calls for volunteers, submissions, or auditions

*Fundraisers: The primary function of the event is to raise funds for a non-proft charity, which receives all proceeds beyond expenses.
**Craft fairs: Items for sale are created by local craftspeople.
